Additional: ------------------------------------------------------------- Lessonstructure: Introduction: - My Name is Elisa. I'm from Germany. (drawing on the board) - My hobbies are .... - Ask me questions - When I've got freetime, I like to have a party (Topic: on the board) - What do you need for a party? (categories: snacks, drinks, fruits) - Ask a student to draw a word, given by me, on the board (e.g.: cola, apple, cake...) - Divide class in teams (who guesses the word first, gets a point) - Target vocab: plums, noodles, ice cream, pear, chocolate, banana, apple, chewing gum, bread, orange, cake, hot dog, juice, cola) - Put words in categories - Elicit more words - Game: Backs to the board - Each team chooses 1 student, to stand with the back to the board. No one but the single student is allowed to speak. The team has to mime the words. The Student standing with the back to the board, who shouts the correct word first, wins a point for his team. - If necessary: revise new learnt vocab/ difficult words/ pronounciation
